GREGORY L. DODD graduated from Ypsilanti High School (1980), Eastern Michigan University (1986), and Wayne State University Law School (1989). Honors: At Wayne Law School Mr. Dodd won the Arthur Neef Memorial Moot Court Competition (1987). Mr. Dodd passed the Michigan Bar exam on his first try and has been practicing law continuously since May 23, 1990. Mr. Dodd is licensed to practice law in all of the following courts:
Mr. Dodd is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, including the Probate & Estate Planning Section, Family Law Section, and Criminal Law Section. Mr. Dodd is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Washtenaw County Bar Association, and is a member of the Family Law Section, Juvenile Law Section, and Criminal Law Section; he is Co-Chair of the 2009 Bar Revue Committee. Mr. Dodd is also a Director at Large of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. Mr. Dodd served on the City of Ypsilanti City Council, 1983-86. Mr. Dodd was the first Chairperson (1984-86) of the Depot Town Downtown Development Authority, a Michigan Tax Increment Financing Authority. Mr. Dodd serves as a Hearing Panel Member for the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board. |
